 Information about cookies According to the new Act on Electronic Communication that came into force on 25 July 2003, visitors to websites must be informed about the way in which cookies are used and offered the opportunity to refuse to accept them. A cookie is a small text file containing information that is stored on your computer. Cookies are used for purely technical reasons to improve the way a website functions for visitors. There are two types of cookie. One type is stored permanently on your computer. These are used, for example, to adapt the website to your preferences, choices and interests. When you visit a website, cookies of this kind are sent by the server to your computer to enable the transfer of information, when you confirm submitted information for instance. The Nordgrensales website does use only session cookies. Session cookies disappear as soon as you close your browser.
